Knowledge the paper plate & disc manufacturing process

Paper plate is made with a special paper plate machine manufacturing forming. There are different varieties of this machine, but they all work according to the same principle. The pulp is squeezed or filtered in the form of a solution and then blown through a pipe with a powerful air stream to inject it into a special mold. These molds are formed on large sheets, which have been printed with cardboard shapes. The pulp is pressed and dried into these shapes. The paper can be dyed in different colors and printed with different designs.

Other varieties of paper plates
Wood pulp is only one source of paper plates. Many other materials are used, each with a different quality. Pulp paper is clean and usually the most oil resistant, which makes it suitable for almost any type of food. Other paper plates are made from sugarcane fiber left over from the sugar making process or other plant material from a similar process. These sheets are more environmentally friendly, but also tend to be weaker and dissolve more easily in high temperatures and humidity.
